Support and Refund Policy

This Support and Refund Policy applies to the Find My Bluetooth Device mobile application ("App") provided by MakeevApps ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
1. Support Contact
For support questions, subscription questions, refund requests, cancellations, or product concerns, please contact us by email at find.my.bluetooth.device@gmail.com.
We respond to customer support inquiries related to paid app access, subscriptions, in-app purchases, billing, cancellations, refunds, or paid features within three (3) business days. If Google notifies us that a support or product concern is urgent, we respond within twenty-four (24) hours.
We review other product feedback, feature requests, and general support messages, but we may not respond to every message individually.
2. Subscriptions and Cancellation
Subscriptions are managed through Google Play. You can cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
After cancellation, access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated by Google Play or required by applicable law.

3. Refund Requests
Refund requests are reviewed according to Google Play policies, applicable law, and this policy. To request a refund from us, please email find.my.bluetooth.device@gmail.com and include your Google Play order ID. Google Play order IDs usually start with "GPA".
We may ask for additional information needed to locate the order and review the request. Refund decisions may depend on the purchase type, order status, usage, timing, applicable consumer protection law, and Google Play requirements.

4. Accidental or Unauthorized Purchases
If you believe a purchase was accidental, unauthorized, duplicated, or made by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at find.my.bluetooth.device@gmail.com and include your Google Play order ID and a short description of the issue.
